Gentlemen...

Once again I would like to ask all pilots to take a 2010 calendar and review the 2010 Nwest Imac schedule to see what contests you'll be attending. Then take a few minutes and Pre-Register www.mini-iac.com
for each contest you plan on attending in 2010.
By doing this simple procedure you'll have record on your calendar plus it makes it so much easier for the CD and all that help run the Events. Cd's have enough on their plates with organizing each event, by Pre -Registering it gives us the Basic Knowledge of who's attending and what classes will be flown. Please don't make it tougher on the CD's and the Event organizers, I'd hate to see us loose some of our contest, cause it was to much of a guessing game for the CD's.

"A FEW OTHER REASONS TO PRE-REGISTER"...

>Trophies [to order only whats needed]
>Planning for lunches, dinners,water etc.
>Quantities of Printed Sequences, score sheets
>How Many flight lines.
>Dollar $$ amount to charge for the Contest to break at least even.

So lets please start the year off by doing your part and helping out our Event organizers.
*You can always edit or delete your Registration if your plans change. Please try and give the CD at least 1 weeks notice when deleting

Again it would sure be nice to see as many pilots as possible at the Judging Seminar, Kieth does a lot of planning and preparation to facilitate this Seminar for us. So, Please start planning now with your flying buddies to make the trip in March. This will also help share the Cost of transportation and Lodging for the weekend. Make it a weekend get away..

Planes will not be necessary for this Seminar. Kieth has it worked out for a few guys to do some Demo flights on the Sunday.
Location in Richland and more details will be posted shortly.

2010 looks like it going to be a very awesome and exciting year for us in the NWest.
Look forward to seeing you all again this year.
