The meeting started at 7:05

Pat announced that we would be keeping the business meeting short tonight.

Pat let everyone know that the treasurer’s report and last month’s minutes are available for review.

There is a guy that is flying real close to the field that is not part of our club. The guy was approached and he said he is from another club. Pat looked into this and the guy lied to us.

Please be aware that this guy is around. If you see him please talk to him and explain the situation. Pat has run across another guy jumping the fence and flying his plane at the field. Pat has asked the guy to leave and he does. Please remember that if anyone is flying at our field and gets hurt or does property damage without AMA we are could lose our flying field.

Pat looked into the problem that members are having with not receiving their AMA cards. AMA ran into some problems with getting cards out to members. If you do not have your AMA card yet, just go online and print out the screen that says you are current.

The polar bear fly in is set for January 1 at noon. Please come and fly. It is a great time.

The heritage flight museum is having an open house this Saturday. They wanted to know if we had any war birds that members have and would like to display.

The business meeting ended and the award ceremony started.
