The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

The treasurer, Ms. Gail Buck gave the financial report.

OLD BUSINESS;

Kelvin declared the May work party a success. The safety barricades were set up and lots of painting and other tasks were completed.

The request to use the field for an IMAAC training session was put off until next season.

Mike Bishop has completed the trainer for this summer’s raffle. The trailer for the Ski to Sea Parade will be furnished by Mr. Russ Haines, and towed by Earl Cammack’s big pick up truck. Planes should be brought to the GAPAC Employees Credit Union parking lot kitty corner from the Trader Joe’s new site around 9 AM to set up the trailer.
